Square One specialises in Vietnamese cuisine. There are actually 4 different cooking stations, all open to view from the dining area. El Gaucho Argentinian Steakhouse Restaurant

Located right next door to the Park Hyatt Saigon Hotel, turn to the left at the front of the hotel and cross the street and you are at El Gaucho Argentinian Steakhouse, the place to come for the Best Steaks in Saigon. El Gaucho serves up the best quality steaks in Saigon, with all of their beef either imported from Australia or the United States. Namo Artisanal Pizzeria

Also located right next to the Park Hyatt Saigon Hotel is the best Pizzeria in Saigon – Namo Artisanal Pizzeria. Just 2 doors down from El Gaucho, Namo Artisanal Pizzeria is even closer to the Park Hyatt Hotel. Serving up wood fired Neapolitan style pizza. Located directly across Lam Son Square from the Park Hyatt Saigon, the Dragon Court Chinese Restaurant will take less than 1 minute to walk to. Located diagonally across the Lam Son Square from the Park Hyatt Hotel is the Caravelle Hotel. On level 9 is one of the nicest rooftop bars in Saigon. Made famous with the War Correspondants meeting every night at the bar during the Vietnam War. As well as a classy bar with a great view over the Saigon Skyline, Saigon Saigon has a great food menu. Restaurants in The Manufacture Courtyard

Located directly across from the Park Hyatt Saigon Hotel is a very interesting courtyard called The Manufacture Courtyard. The entrance to this courtyard is located between El Gaucho and Namo Pizzeria. This courtyard used to be an old Opium manufacturing den, pumping out huge quantities of Opium. Now the courtyard is lined with a number of different restaurants worth visiting.

Beirut Fine Lebanese Cuisine Restaurant

Beirut Fine Lebanese Cuisine is one of the restaurants found in The Manufacture Courtyard, right next to the Park Hyatt Saigon Hotel. Serving traditional Lebanese food and also has a range of different flavour Shisha. On weekends the restaurant also has some belly dancers performing in the restaurant. If you walk out the front of the Park Hyatt Hotel and walk straight down Hai Bà Trung Street there are loads of restaurants, all less than 2 minutes walk from the Park Hyatt Saigon. On the left hand side of the street is Ganesh Fine Indian Cuisine Restaurant which serves up traditional Indian food including a great selection of Thali set lunchs. Located at number 57-59 Hai Bà Trưng Street, on the right hand side of the street as you walk away from the Park Hyatt Saigon Hotel is the small Japanese Restaurant Katsuyoshi which serves up traditional Japanese Tonkatsu (pork cutlets). They also serve some good quality Sushi and Sashimi. Open Mon – Fri for lunch from 11am – 2pm and dinner 5pm – 10pm. Sat and Sun open from 11am – 10pm.

Saffron Mediterranean Bistro

Located at number 51 Hai Bà Trưng Street, on the right hand side as you walk away from the Park Hyatt Saigon Hotel is Saffron Mediterranean Bistro.
