Where to watch Melbourne Cup in Bangkok Thailand

The Melbourne Cup Horse race is being held in Melbourne at 3pm on Tuesday 1st November 2022.

If you are in Bangkok, then there are a few good places where you can watch the Melbourne Cup live. In Bangkok the race will start at 11am so alot of bars are not open at that time, though some excellent bars will be opening early to accommodate the race. Red Lion British Pub show the Melbourne Cup race. They have 6 large TV screens as well as a large projector screen. They open from 9am on Sunday. They also got a good selection of British pub food as well as Thai Food. The Red Lion is located on Soi 13 Sukhumvit Bangkok, just a few minutes walk from Nana BTS Station.

Sportsmans Bar at Sukhumvit Soi 13 Khlong Toei Bangkok is famous for showing live sports and they will be showing the Melbourne Cup race. They have confirmed they will have a whole build up to the event hours before the race. Get in early to get the best seats. This excellent sports bar opens at 8am everyday so get in early to beer up, watch some of the pre-races and settle in for the afternoon.

The Clubhouse Sports Bar at 21 Soi Sukhumvit 23, Sukhumvit Rd, Bangkok is another popular sports bar showing loads of live sports. The Clubhouse has confirmed they will be showing the Melbourne Cup live.
