Big Breakfast in Surfers Paradise

There are plenty of cafes in Surfers Paradise where you can get a big breakfast fry up but one of the best places to go for a big breakfast is directly opposite Surfers Paradise Beach at the Surfers Paradise Surf Life Saving Club. This small club is open from 7am 7 days a week and serving up a great range of breakfast dishes like Smashed Avo on toast, Acai Bowl, Pancakes, Eggs Benedict but the best dish on the menu is the Big Breakfast.

The Big Breakfast at the Surfers Paradise Surf Club comes with 2 eggs, 1 pork sausage, 3 rashers of bacon, 2 hash browns, fried tomato, baked beans and 2 thick slices of toast. This is the sort of meal if you have it late morning, you’ll probably wont be eating lunch! Such a big serving of food and it only costs $19.90. At the various cafes around Surfers Paradise, the same meal would set you back $23 – $25. They also served some very tasty coffee to go along with the massive fry up. The large coffees are served in mugs.

As this is a community club, the money made is used to help fund the Surf Life Saving patrols along Surfers Paradise Beach. They keep prices low as it is a not for profit organisation. Well worth the trip in. You get a good feed at a reasonable price and you are helping support the Surf Life Saving on the Gold Coast.

The club is only small with some tables inside as well as outside. From the dining area you look directly across to Surfers Paradise Beach though you don’t actually have a view of the beach.
