Excellent Pub Food at The Office Sports Bar Sydney CBD

The Office is an excellent sports bar located right in the heart of Sydney CBD, with loads of large TV screens for watching live sports. The main sports bar is located on the ground level. The Office is located on the corner of Kent Street and Erskine Street Sydney CBD, just a few minutes walk from Wynyard Train Station.

The Office show all the popular sporting events live including UFC, NBA, NFL, NRL, AFL, A-League, Formula 1 racing. if it is on TV, then The Office will show it. There are many large screens down in the main sports bar as well as upstairs in the main dining area, so you can watch your favourite sports while eating some yummy food grub. There are also pool tables located within the sports bar.

Upstairs is an excellent bistro serving a great range of delicious pub food. I have been working through their food menu, still got a long way to go, but here are the best food in The Office Sports Bar.

The best item I’ve had some far is their chicken burger ($24). This is a Southern Fried Chicken burger with buttermilk fried breast, American cheese, chilli mayo, lettuce, pickles on a seasome seed bun. This is a very tasty burger!

The steak sandwich is another excellent feed at The Office.The classic steak sandwich comes with a tender rump steak, caramalised onion, lettuce, tomato, cheese, bourbon BBQ sauce, honey mustard mayo on a toasted sourdough bread. Delicious.

On Wednesday their lunch time special is a Chicken Schnitzel for $20. This was just ok for me. It is a nice thick schnitzel, I would prefer a nice thin schnitty. It is still good quality and at $20 it is very good value for the size of the meal with the big pile of chips.
