Weather in Bangkok in November

November is a lovely time of year to visit Bangkok. November is the start of the dry season and it really is dry!. I stayed in Bangkok for 2 weeks, from the 18th November and it did not rain once. The sky is clear with lovely blue skies and you get some lovely sunsets.

The average temp in Bangkok during the day is 32 degrees, with a low of 27 degrees at night time and a very low humitiy rate of around 40 – 50 % (in the rainy season that humidity will go up over 80%). While it seems quite hot, with the low humidity you can roam around Bangkok easily without getting too sweaty.

It starts to get a bit busier in Bangkok from November, with more tourists visiting than in the peak rainy season of August through to October. December will be one of the busiest times of year in Bangkok, with similar weather to November.

It is not all blue skies and sunshine in November. There will be a few overcast days and some rain. The average rainfall during November in Bangkok is around 40–56 mm and most of that will be at the beginning of November, the final bit of the rainy season. The pic below is how the day started on 29th November. It looked like it was going to rain, got really windy, then the wind blew all the clouds away by midday and the afternoon was blue skies and sunny all afternoon. Lovely!
